It used to be people were turned away because there were so many volunteers. Today's youth are selfish and if there was a draft they would run. I have no use for these parasites. They want to live here but don't want to defend the country if called. They are traitors and cowards !!

WWII was never intended to be a nuclear war, it just ended that way. Mind you... it ended that way. So, what I am saying is that wars do not start out nuclear, but they can possibly end that way. Draw your own conclusions.
Every war has been non-nuclear except for the end of WWII and we dropped it - to save lives. As friggin crazy as that sounds, it is actually true. Had we landed our forces onto mainland Japan and fought our way to the capitol like we did with Germany.. the losses on both sides would have been staggering.
So, people already have and will continue to enlist in non-nuclear wars for their various reasons. Hope this helps.

Nuclear, non-nuclear, a person has a duty to their country to defend her in times of trouble. Give me a call and I'll be out there in a minute.
God bless,

i will be joining the marines regaurdless of whats goin on when i turn 18, but i would prefer a major conflict when im in none of this insurgent crap i wanna fight a reaL enemy not some insurgent who plants a bomb and runs away and triggers it but wherever and whenever i will be called into action i will do it proudly and not complain one bit.

No. Too old and broken down. Now if somebody else's tanks were rumbling down my street, I might just act like an Iraqi insurgent and snipe theirasses or plant a bomb.

hmmm well that seems to imply my country is already involved in the War, so yes obviously a citizen of a country should defend and support their country and fellow citizens. A better question is would you?
