I have two female cats. One is about 8 months old the other is about 6 months old. The 8mth old was brought in when she was only about a month old. She was found at my younger sisters highschool. Starving, scared and in the middle of the schools walkway. Ofcourse, she brought her home and a few months later, she was my little girl, fully nurtured back to health and had 3 newborn kittens my sisters cat just had to play with. Months later theres one little girl left(my little girl) Daisy. Since then Karma and Daisy have been closer then ever. I mean I've never seen two cats love each other so much. Which brings me to my point. Recently, Daisy the younger cat occasionaly gets aggressive with Karma when they play, such as a male cat would during the act of mating, and bites her on the back.( Ive had my cats threw out the years.)This is the only time she is like that or acts aggressive like this. They still play, groom, eat, and sleep with together. They are also inside cats.

a million and 2) the 1st rabies vaccine and FVRCP sequence is boostered after a million 365 days, then the cat is going on a three 365 days cycle for vaccines. Even indoor cats choose the rabies vaccine - it relatively is mandated by using regulation, and that's using fact rabies can take transport of to people - and it relatively is deadly. in the adventure that your cat ever needed to be boarded, or pass to the groomer, they gained't take him without a contemporary rabies vaccine. Many vets will additionally no longer see a cat that's no longer contemporary. And in the adventure that your cat might ever chew you or somebody (definite, it happens - got here approximately to me as quickly as I stepped on my elderly cat while i replaced into getting outfits out of the dryer) and it required a doctor pass to, the wellness care professional *could* record it to the wellness departent who would be very, very attracted on your cat's rabies vaccine prestige. If he's contemporary you're large. If no longer, then they have the ultimate to impound him and carry him (at your fee) till he's handed the close by quaranteen era. 3) in case you reside in a community the place canine are immediately taken care of for heartworm, then your cat desires heartworm preventative too, a minimum of from annoying frost till spring. Mosquitoes can get interior the residing house, and transmit heartworm on your cat. And there are in basic terms some suggestions for treating heartworm in cats, purely prevention. I also have a heartworm constructive cat, and it relatively is turning out to be greater generally clinically determined. She has in no way set foot ouside. I even have found out the annoying thank you to apply Revolution 9 months of the 365 days. it relatively is all needless to say as much as you, yet that's what's the two cautioned by using many vets and that's what i actually do.

If you're asking if that is 'normal', yes, it is. My spayed female cat occasionally does that to one or both of my neutered male cats. Sometimes one of the males will do that to her. There's no fighting, it seems to happen out of nowhere or if they are being playful. The one getting bitten usually puts up with it for a little while then gets annoyed, meows angrily and runs away. It's nothing to worry about.

The behavior started before I had the female spayed so I assumed it had to do with her going in heat. She continues to do it once and awhile since she was spayed so I think it's a weird dominance thing now.

I agree with most of the asnwers, one is dominating the other and is ok, as long as they dont bleed i guess, so watch them and distract the agressor when possible and it should go away , or until the victim gets mad and scratch the other one back. Good luck.

You forgot to ask your question.
I have seen it in other cats. they were two males. I would not worry, they are ok. If it bothers you , every time they are bitting necks, interfear (get their mind off it), by pttting them, tellimg them NO, any other distraction yhat works.

Adelina's give you some good suggestions. The other point to consider is that humans aren't the only mammals who exhibit homosexual tendencies.
