No physiological cause or stress. Its hereditary for the most part and if this applies to you, you're eating habits can make a big difference and in today's world we have many natural products available,
Calcium, Vitamin D, and change if applicable, you're eating habits. Have read also, if too much acid in your system, it can attack you're bones.
Besides heredity, my acid did much damage to me.

Porous bones.
May be caused by lack of vitamin D or as a result of bad calcium absorption (also a result of Vitamin D).
Advice take vitamin D, avoid caffeine (Takes away vitamin D), and also make sure you consume enough calcium and have a generally healthy lifestyle.
