Why would you want to teach a dog to sneeze? Anyway, this is from http://www.inquiry.net/outdoor/autumn/dogs/tricks.htm
"One day Monad smelled of a lighted cigar; the smoke inhaled caused him to sneeze; this gave me an idea; lighting a match I held it toward him, at the same time repeating, "sneeze! sneeze, sir!" The smoke made him sneeze, and after repeating the operation several times I held out an unlighted match and commanded him to sneeze; the dog sneezed at once. It was then an easy step to make him sneeze at the word without the match. Monad is now very proud of this accomplishment, and when desirous of "showing off" always commences by sneezing."

Um....never thought to train my dogs that. Interesting...not sure how you would go about teaching that. My dogs make a sneezing type of noise when they're playing though. Maybe if yours does that say the word "achoo" or whatever command you want each time it makes the noise. When it does, reward it.

Why would you want you dog to sneeze? Leave the poor thing alone. You see lots of things on the news but you don't do everything you see.

My yorkie sneezes if anything hits his nose. If I toss the ball and he hits it with his nose, he sneezes. Or if he runs into the couch, or something.

I have a yorkie, and she repeadedly sneezes when you say her name over and over again. I don't know how she learned it, I think she just gets excited because she's getting so much attention.

went one of your fingers and dip it in pepper powder. Take your dog and put your finger on your dogs nose. Thats how hes gonna sneeze. Maybe a bit cruel but it works with my nose. Jesus Christ dude!!! WHATS WRONG WITH YOU!!!!!!!!!!! What else did u wanna do that they showed on telly?????

Why? They sneeze as a reaction to something that is irritating to them...do you want to intentionally inflict this on it?

Sneezing is an involuntary response. It is entirely forgivable, leave it as is.

more importantly, you must teach the dog to say achoo first, sneezing will follow shortly thereafter.
