I'm incredibly stupid of a lot of things, and I'm getting really p'd. o. Every single day, it's the same BS, over and over. Everyone gives me a site to try, but once I'm there, I just don't understand any of it. I'm just too f***ng dumb to get any of it.

I went ot hose sites and - as always - I couldn't understand how to follow the instructions.

I would seriously suggest just downloading some anti-virus software, instead of using a web-based anitvirus program. There are a ton of Freeware programs, . I would search download.com for them.

scroll down a bit to where it says:

Download the file.
then to install it: (From their website)
1. Run the AVG Free Edition 7.5 Setup program
2. Click "Next >" on the AVG "Welcome!" screen
3. Click "Accept" on the "License Agreement on Use of an AVG Free Edition" screen
4. Select "Repair installation" on the "Select Setup Type" screen and click "Next >"
5. Select "Restart the computer now" (pre-selected by the program automatically) and click "OK" on the "Installation Complete!" screen to restart your computer and complete the installation
