i would not call him a bully cause he only bothers me but i am a very very shy person who would not just tell someone that i liked them what should i do

If any guy is mean to you even a little he is not worth your time. You should be loved just as much as you love back. That is what a relationship is all about. And if you think about if he is mean to you just a little now can you imagine how it would be if you knew him better. You should stop liking him now while you still have some control over your own self. And remember a guy wont be mean to you if he likes you far less if he loves you. Trust me.

You might be looking for someone to treat you badly. Not to be mean, but some people subconsciously seek out bad treatment from others. Look at his behaviour seriously and think about it, as well as yourself? Is it really him being mean, or are you very sensitive. I am mean to my husband all the time by accident. I'm a big joker and I like to tease, but he is very sensetive and sometimes insecure, and he usually takes it the wrong way. We have both had to make changes to help our marriage be the best it can be.
However, if he says mean things to you and laughs AT you , not WITH you, he is mean. Or even if he doesn't laugh at all, and he is mean just to be mean, then he's totally insecure, and if you're noticing it now, believe me, it can only get worse. The longer you know someone, the less they try to impress you.
Take a real, hard look at the kind of things he says and does, and make a decision and stick with it. Be strong for yourself, and insist that the one you love is strong for you, as well.

You like a guy who is mean to you a "little"? Why on earth would you be attracted to someone like that?! Find someone who is nice and date them. I have no clue why most American women thrive on bad boys. Do they like the black eyes? The emotional torment? The abuse? Stay away from this guy if he is a little mean to you because it could advance into something far more serious!

A lot of the time when a guy is mean to you, it means that he's trying to be flirty, and likes you. I'm sure its a teasing kind of thing. I know tons of guys like that.

I think he's mean to you because he wants to attract your attention. Don't tell him you like him though. Watch him for a while to see whether he feels anything for you.
