This is a prime example of why people should not breed unless they know what they are doing. Obviously you need to take care of the puppies you have, so we are here to help. After this, have your poor dog spayed, she obviously is not interested in having puppies and you are not prepared to be a breeder.
Anyway, that aside, your pups need to be cared for. As someone suggested earlier, they need to be fed a milk replacer. Go to your vet. Yes, they have milk replacer at walmart, DO NOT BUY IT!! Get the good quality formula from your vet. It will cost around $20 for a can of Esbilac.
Have the vet check each of the puppies, yes this will be a vet visit with a bill. It must be done!! They may need some additional vitamins because mom may not have been giving them enough for awhile now.
DO NOT offer puppy food until they are at least 4 weeks, and even then its only to be as a supplement and only when its properly prepared for the pups (talk to your vet about this also). Your puppies should be on puppy food at 6 weeks of age, but should stay around mom until 8 weeks before they are found new homes.
Please take this as a learning lesson and have your female spayed. I hope others will also learn from reading this post, there is so much more to breeding dogs, than having a male and a female dog. It is costly, and there are responsibilities as a breeder. And if your dog is having puppies, you ARE a breeder. Question is... are you a responsible breeder?? NO, you are a backyard breeder. I hope this is your last litter.

That is way too young!! You need to wait until at least 4 to 5 weeks old depending on the breed to start feeding them dog food with water. They don't even have any teeth yet. You are going to have to hold the mother down or go to the store and buy some milk replacer and feed them every couple of hours!! I wish you the best of luck with the pups and the mom!!

We of the human breed are trying soo hard to take care of soo many things we can't even leave mother nature alone long enough for her to do her job.
Unless you notice the puppies health going down hill, leave them alone and their mother will take care of them regardless of what you think is going on.
IF and when you notice the puppies health going down hill then you can be concerned.
All of my puppies were given moistened Puppy Chow when they started cutting their teeth but only to help with the teething process and to suppliment their diets.
The earliest I weaned my puppies was only once when I took the mother dog and puppies in for a worm check at 5 weeks and the vet told me that the puppies needed to be off of the mother as she was nursing too good and the puppies were taking too much nutrients from the mother.
When putting my puppies on Puppy Chow moistened with warm store bought milk,I also made sure they had plenty of water to drink as well.
When giving puppies this Puppy Chow mixture you will need keep the mother dog away from it or she will eat it all and leave nothing for the puppies.
Good Luck

No puppies need to be either bottle fed or nurse from their mother until they are at least 6 weeks old. If the mother is not nursing the 2 week old pups then you will need to get a milk replacer and bottle feed them yourself every 2-3 hours

the obvious answer would be to call the vet, but i know that sometimes that is not an option due to financial situations. another tip would be to google your questions because a lot of vets post websites that answer exactly this type of question. what i would do would be to treat the dog as you would treat yourself in the exact situation without medication. the yellow bile indicates that the puppy is throwing up all of her stomach contents. don't worry because that doesn't necessarily mean that she is going to die. just make sure she stays hydrated until the vomiting subsides by giving her water in small dosages. too much will make her throw up. if this is new formula, it might be the formula. if it isn't give it a while, see if the vomiting stops while making sure she is hydrated. if the vomiting continues all evening and into tomorrow, you should probably call the vet because then it might be serious. before you do anything, i HIGHLY recommend you google this problem. i own cats and very frequently raise kittens and i have all sorts of high risk problems. i recently had to rescue them from near death by dehydration after the mother refused to feed them for over a day. i got all my answers from google :]

Some animal mommies just don't know how to take care of their young. I used to have a rabbit that had three litters. She never cared for one baby. I suggest locking the dog up with the puppies, at lease every two hours till they're fed. Don't start dog food till they're at least 5-6 weeks old.

Go to the Vet's office and get Mother's Replacement Milk and you will need a small nipple and have them show you have to feed them because there is a special way, you don't want them to aspirate the milk. Also you will have to stimulate them after their feedings so they will go to the bathroom. They can show you that as well. It is a full time job. Good Luck!

Those pups are way to young to be weened. They should be at least six weeks to eight weeks old before they're weened. If momma stops feeding them all together, you can go to your local pet store such as Petsmart or Petco and pick up formula for them.
