The Arabs descend from Ishmael, the older son of Abraham. Isaac is the son of Abraham through whom Jesus descended.

Abraham was Hebrew. Those who descended from Ishmael became known as the Ishmaelites and distinguished themselves from their progenitor's race.

Jesus was from the city/town of Nazareth, which was in northern Isreal. He was Jewish, not Arabic. His nationality is not really a concern, it's whether or not you believe in his divinity. If you do, what's in a nationality? God can be whatever he wants. If you don't, then it's a moot point.
