I just install the windows media player 11 but i can't see the picture only the sound?

Even windows media player eleven is not bundled with the latest codecs to handle all kind of files and some latest formats of dvds... you could download codecs and install them... better use vlc media player which provides a better option...

Make sure that you have the required RAM, at least 512RAM. Also, do the following maintenance steps as given below and if you still have problems, uninstal the the media player and re download it again.

Now, you are ready for the following:
HOW TO DO A THOROUGH CLEAN UP (Windows XP; IE6)

1. Click on tools ... Internet options. There you will see three buttons next to each other... “Delete Cookies” ... “Delete Files” and “Settings.” Also, below the settings button you will see another one “Clear history.”

It is an excellent little program and does wonders with PC maintenance tasks and I strongly recommend it! It works on the background on its own automatically.
After you are through with all of the above steps, go to Microsoft/Windows updates and download any and all available and applicable updates.

Make sure that your computer can handle media player 11. There are specifications for it. It would make sense that it wouldnt' run properly without the properly processor and ram, etc.
