Last winter my feet started to sweat when I wear shoes. It stopped in the summer, but now it's back. Why am I doing it?...I've tried everything but I still end up with soggy feet? Medical wise, what does this mean?
Thanks

you need to let them breathe!

first, use socks that are cotton or wool (not polyester or a cotton blend). these materials are good for all seasons too

you need to wear leather shoes, not synthetic / plastic / manmade etc
make some new purchases!

with your current situation, make sure you "marinate" your shoes soles overnight with bi-carb soda, this will eliminate any odours in your shoes, hence your feet
ensure you remove the dust out of them before you wear them

also, have your feet checked out for tinea, if you don't have it now, you may be bound to getting it eventually especially if you continue and don't make new changes (ones now mentioned)

are you going through some hormonal change or puberty?? how old are you?? you say it just started so something happened. the glands in charge of that are just overactive. wear cotton socks and use powder inside the socks. don't wear leather shoes if possible try tennis shoes that breathe. that's all i can think of. some people have had surgery to have their glands removed when they affect their life; but usually it is the hands and armpits that give the most problem.
