GUYS: how do a girl say I love you and show that it came from the heart?

i would say be nice and polite, dont ask for sex (obviously) and hit on them in a non sexual way. just talk to him and tell him that hes good lookin or whatever but wait abit before u say that, pretty much whatever comes to ur mind, just remember were different then girls..... and dont ask how big his junk is

Say it in a soft loving voice. Then kiss him. Does wonders.

It's pretty easy: Say that you love him and don't cheat on him. In other words, let your actions support your statement.
