Ok, I have an ex who won't leave me alone, he keeps calling me a monster and immature things such. I never did anything to him, he's mentally messed up, what to say to get him out of my life? How to calm myself down, any tactics? Please help with any advice or nice things.

We must assume by x, you mean x boyfriend and not x husband? Your question, after the first part, is confusing! Maybe he has a point of suggesting your immature, but if you do not want the relationship, then ignore him. He maybe honest? I would change areas where I go on dates with my others and my friends. Do this for awhile and do not tell anyone of his friends where you are going. It is your choices and not his as your not in anyway his.. Marriage is the only real bond to say we are another persons and not even engagement means this...Engagement means promise to commit.. May God bless your decisions... Earl

The first thing you need to do is avoid places that he might be. That way you don't need to worry about running into him and being called names. Next, if he has your phone number and is calling you, don't answer him, and also don't answer any calls when the caller id is blocked. Third, begin to document the times he has threatened you (include the date, time, location, what transpired, etc.). Fourth, if the behavior continues, talk to the cops and listen to what they suggest. I would NOT recommend having any of your guy friends threaten him physically. That will just make him mad and what a conflict even more since he feels he is being challenged.

This is a difficult question to answer because what circumstances are causing you to still have contact together?
Do you go to school together or work together.
If you go to school together, you should report him. Due to the problems in schools now, the administrators are required to address such issues.
If you work together, this is definitely harassment and should be reported.
You feel that you have no control. He may escalate to violence so I suggest you tell someone and soon.

I once had an ex that told me he would blame his death on me, he was mentally ill. It went on for a while til i decide to call his dad and tell him that his son needed help. I had to go to one of his session so he could get closer.

first talk to him seriously!!!,tell him to stop calling you!!!,then ignore everything that comes from him and if it does not stop,talk to him again but this time go further and tell him that you are so close to make a police report for harasment,even though you won't do it i'm sure he'll stop and run like a chicken!!!!

well, frist, try to relax. take a deep breath. secondly, try to find the whys. why did he reacts such way. then, try to talk to him calmly. if that didn't work, try to find a nice guy. that'll work. lol
