I have been checked by couple of doctors for illness .. no heart issues ,no blood pressure issues and really nothing seems to be wrong. Also a nurse seems to think the same.Yesterday I experienced what made me feel a little worried.I got up and got around but it seem there was no blood in my legs..They looked white and bloodless and they felt stiff, but of course it was cold in the house.Later I got up and was looking at my feet and it seemed on was bluish pink..but no issues .It even looked as if it was bruised on top.I went to another light and it looked normal.I kind of forgot about it and later during the evening I noticed that my insides of my legs all the way down hurt .. and my feet tingled..But I rubbed them and it seem to disappear.Later last night my feet seem to sting and legs seem to have aches in them.I checked them everytime i was up yet doesn't seem to be swelling of any kind.Today everything seemed normal.Could it be they were just cold.. or maybe just laying around 2 muc

They seem to be ok today with no issues of either..I lay in bed on occassions to work on the computer with my knees bent up to support the computer .Could this be the culprit or could they have just been cold or could it be a problem..Never really had issues with my feet in anyway or legs and this just kind of worried me.Is this something that happens sometimes or is it bad circulation?

Not a doctor. but circulation problems are no joking matter. Small problems such as a blood clot can result in loss of a limb if not treated in time.

See a doctor if you seriously believe you have any circulation problems. Tell your doctor why you believe there is a problem, there are simple, painless tests, such as an Electro Cardo Gram (EKG) or a stress test, that examine your circulatory system and can identify problems quickly. If you're wrong, you've wasted your time, but your mind is at ease. If there is a problem, it may save your legs.

First off are you a women or a man? This could make a difference in what may be going on. But in any case do you have back problems? If so a lower back problem can cause this. If it wakes you up at nite it could be restless leg syndrome. If you have been checked by a DR. and he/she dint think its circulation than it probability is not. Do you take aspirin or a blood thinner to much of that can cause it.Just some input I hope it helps

It's probably just compressing that's cut off the circulation - I get that too, from sitting cross-legged too long. Be careful, though, and try not to stay in one position for too long. If it continues, check with your doctor.

You're probably ok, especially since you've seen doctors for this problem.
Try to remember to get up and move around for at least 5 minutes out of every hour.

wow, me too! you gotta get active and give the laptop another 'lap top" other than your lap top!

i cured mine with a daily 30-45 minute fast walk and by taking orally a TASTY mixture of 1tbsp of honey with 7 drops of both "ciste" and "cypress" essential oils 3 times daily. you can also massage the legs and feet with a mixture of macadamia nut oil and the two essential oils. and the innumerable, miraculous powers of wheat germ oil (3 tbsp daily) are too many to even begin to try to mention here, but it helped tremendously! although i don't expect you to, i also drank 7 liters of water daily (little by little) to help with overall increase in circulation and elimination. i'm a new person now!

and NOW, to encourage you to try my treatment, here's a little about me.

i was 29 with horrible circulation, hemorrhoids and an anal fissure when i was forced by pain to seek a cheap but fruitful cure. i was totally cured in only 1 month after suffering for 6 months at the hands of un-knowledgeable "DOC"-TORS who only wanted to, what, DOC" on me (what does "DOC" mean anyway? well, i'll give you a clue, "dock" means "to cut," and they insisted that some type of surgery was the ONLY way to treat me!) i don't disapprove of seeking "professional" medical advice. i'd go again for their expert DIAGNOSIS. i'm just a wee bit more circumspect about taking their treatment advice. i agree if you think that it sounds extensive, but it WORKS!!! i hope you'll try it.

be healthy and please keep me posted!

its bad to sit cross-legged all the time; one of my friends used to and now she has strange ankle problems from when it would cut off blood flow and fall asleep a lot.
anyway, while youre inactive, mostly while standing doing nothing, you should do calf exercises (tightening & releasing) to increase blood flow in your legs

guards do it when they have to stand still to prevent their blood from pooling after about 10 minutes (so they dont faint)
however, thats more to pump blood back UP through the vertical arteries, but it couldnt help to try it out; the compression would still help blood flow downwards
