Cherrios actually aren't that healthy unless you're eating the plain ones.
Flavoured like apple cinnamon and honey nut aren't great, they have a lot of sugar in them.

General Mills is now trying to sell the idea of "100% Whole Grain"
Complete lie. The cereals are just as sugary as they were before and you'd have to eat 5 boxes to get the amount of fibre you need in a day.

My best advice: Go for shreddies. It only has 5 ingredients in it tops.
Or.. the next time you're in the grocery aisle, look up! The healthy cereals are at the top, the sugary cereals are at eye level.

Cheerios are not healthy.

they may be "healthier" when compared to Frosted Flakes but when compared to having oatmeal made with whole oats they are garbage. the makers of the cereal market it as being used for "weight control" is because it has more fiber than regular sweetened cereals.

processed foods should be consumed on a very limited basis. look at the list of ingredients on the package. if it contains more ingredients than fingers on one had, it isn't good for you.
