Check out http://web.foodnetwork.com/food/web/searchResults?searchType=Recipe&searchString=grilling&site=food&gosearch=Search

This is the food network's section on grilling almost anything.

You might also want to invest in Bobby Flay's "Boy Meets Grill "Cookbook.

The other really good grilling cookbook is "How to Grill" by Steven Raichlen. This is a real guide or manual to grilling and comes in paperback.

Good luck with your new buisness! :)
