Lately all that has been going on has stressed me out and i need ways to relax.

scream in your pillow, take a bubble bath, watch cartoons, play with your brothers or sisters (if have any), play your video games (if have any), punch the pillow pretend that pillow is the person your mad at, go on your computer and play some video games, or listen to some music on Itunes. Watch a show that will make you very happy and that is funny to you, watch a movie, go outside and burry yourself into the snow and close your eyes, call some friends of yours, chat on the computer, go into your pool and just relax, go to sleep, take a deep breath, go to a shopping store.

Relax. Take some time off if you can, and stop doing the things that make you stressed. If you must think of them, think of the ways to solve your problems instead of just fretting over them. The key here thought is just to take some vacation time and relax, perhaps get some more sleep at night.

Just relax. Take a couple of hours to relax and block every thing out, just for a couple of hours. Take a nice bubble bath, Or you can just go to the gym and exercise for a while. That can help relieve stress to.

Try taking a few deep breaths. Rub your aching head or neck. Lean back in a chair. It is easy to be stressed out in this world.

Go for a walk, or work out at a gym or at home, watch television or go on the computer to get your mind off the current problems.
