I would go to the Dr. for advice. Also Botox will stop this problem when injected into that area but I'm sure it is expensive. Have you tried a brand for men in unscented?

One great way to get rid of all body odor is to take super blue green algae, you can get it at the health food stores, it also cleans toxins from your system and purifies your body, it is amazing, I take it and never have to wear deoderant (thought to have increased breast cancer by a huge margin)
It also gives you pure natural energy, full of vitamins, minerals and amino acids, curbs your appetite by feeding the body exactly what it needs and thought to be natures perfect food. For the first three or four days, take a tiny amount, it begins to remove toxins and it could make you feel sort of hung over by the toxins being removed. Dont take too late in the day or you will be up all night... good luck

I would check with your doctor. There's a prescription anti-perspirant available called Drysol that is for people with excessive sweating. Your doctor could evaluate whether you're a candidate.

Figure out what you're eating. Certain foods can create body odors.
