I tried Weight Watchers and it helped alot. I don't have a great success story, but the process does take alot of time. The point system depends on your height and weight. It is a great program and i would recomend it to anyone. Don't feel discouraged because losing weight takes a long time, but once you lose it, everything will be great. Ohh and going to the weekly meetings really helped, even if that weigh-in you gained weight. Joining didn't take up time too much because i knew that this wasn't just a diet, but more of a life style change. Good Luck and let ur taste buds run free with all new food. (expand your horizons, try new foods that you would have never tried before.)

i tried it and it did work. Lost 35 lbs in 9months. It goes by you weight how many points per day. they also use flex points for treats you may want to have per week. It is a nice plan but I just can't afford it right now. You also need to stick to it until you reach your goal b/c if you stop you could slip like I did.

Yes, my best friend and her sister did weight watchers.....her sister lost over 100 pounds and has kept it off and looks fabulous! My best friend lost 40 pounds and kept it off for quite awhile, she is now starting back on it. I'm not exactly sure how many points you can eat, but she said she was never hungry and never felt deprived.......weight watchers worked for them:) Good luck, you can do it!

I know several people who tried the points thing and they all lost weight. I believe the number of points you can have depends on your height/starting weight.

My friends have all done WW. They like it, and have gotten good results. The points are determined by your height, weight, goal weight, age, etc. I think you only need to go to one meeting per week.
