What are your reasons for even wanting to drink it in the first place?

There are only two reasons which I've found to support humans drinking cow's milk. We have grown up hearing that it's good for us and we've grown accustomed to the taste and texture. There is absolutely no nutrition that can not be obtained elsewhere, minus the negatives. Calcium seems to be the major claim for milk. It can be found elsewhere in green vegetables, almonds, and many other sources. Where do you think the cows obtain the calcium to put into the milk? Where do other larger animals (elephants, horses, deer, whales, etc) get calcium? Why we continue to drink cow's milk laced with growth hormones, antibiotics, and who knows what else is beyond me.

Since I've given up drinking milk about 5 years ago my health has greatly improved. I suffer fewer allergy problems, asthma and breathing problems are greatly reduced, I'm sleeping better, and I have more energy.

Do some research online and decide for yourself.

Neither is definitely better. Personally i love cold milk, but that is an opinion. You are not able to clearly answer this query without giving an opinon. Warm milk simply makes you sleepy. So if you're going to be up for a very long time, cold milk is the better alternative. Tryptophan is an ingredient in milk. It makes people sleepy. The warmness of the milk may additionally raise your body temperature ample to get your body to move slower.

Cold milk. However, if you do warm milk on the stove (of microwave) it is good for helping you to sleep. The heat does something to the milk.

i think it depends on WHY you are using milk. if it's for drinking in the morning or afternoon, specially with cookies or chocolate cake (yum!), and a good book (don't eat the book, though) -- i'd say COLD milk is the best! i also like cold milk with my cereal or fruit, at breakfast or snack time. ...i wouldn't put warm milk in my breakfast cereal :P

but if it's for warming up at night, while waiting for sleep to come, i'd say warm milk is your candidate. ..some people also use milk for bathing, they say that skin LOVES milk. Cleopatra was said to have bathed in it everyday, to keep her smooth tan. ...now, whether they use warm or cold milk for that, beats me :)
