I went on a very low-calorie diet last year. But now, i am hoping to go back to normal eating again. However, i find that whenever i eat a little more than usual, i put on weight very fast and i'll feel so fat and ugly after that. I dont quite enjoy exercising so is there a way i can eat normally and yet keep my current figure?

your metabolism slowed down from being on such a low calorie diet.....soooooo.......here's what you do......eat more times per day.....5 small meals.....that will help kick up your metabolism again, vegetables and fruits are great....and then, of course, you have to exercise.....if you don't enjoy exercising, how about a nice walk, or bike ride for 1/2 an hour? That will work.:)

By not eating enough before, you slowed your metabolism.

Unless you continue to eat a calorie deficiet diet for the rest of your life, you WILL put on weight.

You can try to minimize the amount you put on by gradually eating more and more. Also eat smaller meals, more frequently and drink water on the hour. Also, try weight training. Putting more muscle on you (and by crash dieting before, you most likely lost a lot of muscle weight) your metabolism will increase.

exercise regularly. the more you excercise the more you can eat. Also drinking water greatly helps reduce appetite if that interests you. Everything from joint pain to back pain to weight gain to insomnia is caused by lack of water. Most adult humans require about 9 glasses of water a day.

Yes-- up your intake of fresh, raw, ripe, organic fruits and vegetables. Eat lots of them.

If you want help to turn around your "psychological reversal" (the glitch that causes you to eat things you know you shouldn't eat), try the energy therapy called Emotional Freedom Technique. It really works, and is easy to learn and to apply. first of all, remember this: the secret to lose weight is burn more calories than u eat. count the calories of the food u eat everyday. then, burn them. hence, exercise is an important thing to keep ur body healthy. so, be discipline or u'll become fatter n ugglier. i'm sure u don't wanna be that.

Eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies...avoid the white stuff...bread, rice, pasta, flour, cookies, cakes pies etc....also chips. Drink lots of water...avoid the diet colas. Also be sure to get plenty of fibre so you stay regular...by the way, I hate exercising too...hate to sweat!
