How about Fiesta Corn Salad? Simple to make. No cooking.
Combine 2 cans drained yellow whole kernel corn, 2 cans drained white whole kernel corn, 1 medium finely chopped red bell pepper, 1 medium coarsely chopped red onion and 3/4 cup mayo. Let set in frig overnight or 2-3 hours in frig. Before serving, stir in 1- 9 3/4 oz. package of chili fritos, coarsely crushed. Recipe can be halved. Makes a nice colorful side dish for chili. Tastes very good, too.

I like to serve chili over rice. Or with garlic bread or toast. Over a baked potato, with some sour cream. With a garden salad with ranch dressing. A cup of chili as a starter with a barbeque meal. Finish with fresh fruit.

Get Pillsbury croissants those within the bloodless ready to bake and lay them individually out on the counter. Then take the hot dogs and wrap the croissant dough circular them. Then bake them in keeping with the croissant recommendations. Then when they are implemented heat up some velvet-ta cheese and milk within the microwave and dip ur scorching puppies in there. They're soooooooo great! Expertise

Actually a friend's mother always made mashed potatoes with her chili....I think she did this to tone down the spicy effect for smaller kids....and probably to stretch the chili....since potatoes were pretty cheap to make....and she had 5 kids....anyway...my friend carried this on with her kids....one day I tried it at her house...and it was delicious...Kinda like a shepherds pie...Anyhow....chili, mashed potatoes, and garlic toast make a great meal!!!
My mother makes rolled tacos.....She takes flour tortillas...fills them with taco meat....places them in a baking dish...(sprayed with pam).....She then covers them with a layer of chili....shredded cheese then bakes them in the oven until hot and bubbly....served with a side of beans or rice...or even a salad....and they are great.....this is a good way to make use of that little bit of leftover taco meat....and leftover chili.....put them together and you can feed 2 or 3 people....very yummy!@

So far all these answers sound great - but also,
how about toppings? Like onions, cheese, sour
cream, fritos, Tabasco... and saltine crackers.
Best served with a cold beer.

A side dish with Chilli?
Chilli is all inclusive. (Especially if it is chilli mac!).
Make the chilli...and let it stand *alone*!
That leaves more room for the chilli!!!. And it has *all* food groups!
And it is a well rounded meal!
