No cure just cover it with make up.....sorry
Well actually I heard if you take an ordinary stainless steel spoon and chill it with ice then apply it to the site it will help it fade faster.

"Hickeys" are actually bruises caused by breaks in the tiny blood vessels in the skin called the capillaries. The treatment is to actually improve circulation by putting a warm compress on the affected area 3-4x times a day for 15 minutes. Be sure its not to hot or else you might replace that hickey with a serious burn.
The best cure however is prevention. :)

Put a metal spoon in the freezer until it is really cold and 'frozen' so to speak and then hold it against the hickey until spoon warms. repeat often. hickeys are actually the blood being drawn to the surface of the skin, therefore you want to break up that blood and have the body absorb it back in. I used this spoon method a few times when i was kid, it was the only thing i found to 'sort of' work. never did find an 'instant' miracle cure.

Since a hickey is a bruise, any type of treatment for a bruise will help. Try a vitamin K cream, it may clear it up a bit quicker. In the meantime, you'll have to wear turtlenecks and scarves :)

To not get one in the first place. Not to be mean but hickeys aren't exactly considered classy.

get a toothbrush and lightly brush the area. this helps increase circulation and get rid of the bid up of blood in that area. do it for a good 3 or 4 minutes and then put some ice on it for 5. after all this cover it up with foundation and concealer. do this twice a day and it'll be gone in no time.

get the person off your neck...hickeys are gross and they look like crap and noone wants to see them ...oh and they are not a sign of love
