im friends with this guy and i started liking him recently and he acts like he likes me back. then this other girl i know (whos also friends with him) messeges me on IM and tells me she loves him. i didnt even know they were friends! i asked him about her and he said he knew she liked him. but shes like completely in love with him! i dont know what to do becuase i dont even like her but i like him. do i tell her that hes been flirty with me too? or just stay out of it and stay friends with him but dont persue a relationship? or do i just not stay friends with him? i really dont care what happens to her because i dont like her, ive never liked her, shes a know it all. what do i do?

Be careful. He most certainly has been flirting with both of you, and he most certainly knows that you have a thing for him as well since he was able to spot that your friend had a thing for him.
Your finding out that she wants him makes you want him more (that is normal for girls in my experience) which is where you could loose your edge. What i suggest is you "chill" and act all not interested in him anymore (make sure he gets that impression too) and by doing that you can regain power of having him want you more than her because he will start to realize you are not interested in him. He will start to wonder why his power of influence isnt working on you when he had already assumed he could get you. By your giving into him too early he will end up prolly dating both of you at the same time breaking both your hearts.

Well, to start, human sexuality is not as black and white as many people think. As a result, a person who is normally attracted to men might find that they can be sexually and/or emotionally attracted once or twice to a woman when most women wouldn't turn them on at all. It is situations like this that led to Alfred Kinsey trying to create a scale on which to rank human sexuality. Also, if you see the individual as a woman, the fact that they want to be woman but still haven't had a sex change is something that only you can decide on as problematic for you or not. If you're accepting of them as a woman, then it is your perspective of them that is going to matter, not anyone else's, because in your mind that is what they are and that is a completely heterosexual relationship.

If your friends with this guy and you think you like each other, the first thing you should do is speak with him about you and him. Find out if he likes you and wants to be with you. He may only want to be a friend to you. Secondly, if he says he is interested in you, than I would bring up the other girl and the conversation you had with her. DON'T SHOW YOU ARE MAD OR THAT YOU HATE THIS GIRL.
If he says he is not interested in her, than ask him to speak to her and explain the situation to her. If you get involved in speaking with this other girl, it will only bring problems into your relationship.
Have trust in being honest and hopefully everything will work out.

If he knows she likes him chances are he probably has picked up on the fact that you like him as well.
What you can do is just ask him out and see what he says, since this girl is not your friend.
Be careful though, because he has been flirting with both of you.

If you are good friends (or do you 2just flirt?)
you should ask him if he would ever consider going out with her or something like do you like her or what do you think about her? and if you 2 are friends you need to think do you want to wreck your friendship with each other if you do diside to date him? or if your friend and this chick get together will you be jealous of them and try and split them up and then you wont have him as a friend or if they do get together that he will still talk to you?? do you want to date him?if you do you need to let him kno and get in before her and then he can diside k i hope that helps you

If your friends with this fellow and you're liking him....and he doesn't seem too interested in her..you can A) tell her you talked to him and he's not interested..B) stay out of it altogether C) ask him out on a date (movies , rollerskating or snow boarding ) and enjoy life* GOODLUCK*
