it goes back to the free will thing,we know and have know we are damaging the ozone, what have we done, what have you done, nothing I'm sure, so who's fault is it , it just like the people that are making the harmful chemicals, they don't have to make them but they do because they don't care except for the money, and when the ozone is gone, we can only blame ourselves not God, after all you or allowed to make your own decisions, just like everyone else, good or bad...it could be stopped but not enough people seem to care .....so put the blame were it belongs, us

What is the ozone layer? How does it work, and how are we destroying it? Well, ozone is an unstable form of oxygen. It has three atoms of oxygen (O3) instead of the usual two (O2). Ozone occurs naturally in the stratosphere, absorbing the dangerous UV-B rays while allowing the needed and safe light to pass through. Furthermore, while ozone is easily broken down by other gases, in the stratosphere it is constantly being created by the sun’s rays. So it is a self-repairing shield. Quite a design! t seems all too clear that only a thoroughgoing solution will gain respect or be adequate to solve the problem. Is man equal to the task of undoing his own myriad wrongs against this planet? It hardly seems so. Man is rarely willing to spend money on cleaning up his own filth until he is practically choking in it. Is it not wiser to look to the Designer of our complex environment for an answer? Clearly, he foresaw our troubled age when he promised to “bring to ruin those ruining the earth.”—Revelation 11:18.

Lousy ozone layer??? What are you talking about. We have a great ozone layer. Every year our man made chemicals go up and deplete it but God who knows the end from the beginning set it up so that the sun would constantly replenish it. If it wasn't for His foresight and preparation for ozone depleting chemicals all of the ocean's algae would have died and we would all be choking to death.

Praise be to the all wise Creator who blesses us and makes allowances for our mistakes!

God created the most perfect ozone layer. People are the ones that have ruined it.

No, He did not create a lousy ozone layer. It is the result of the free will and choices we make with it.

What is wrong with the Ozone layer? That whole discussion went out with parachute pants and Atari.

The One True God is the Creator and Sustainer of all worlds. All calamities are in His wisdom for the progress and protection of His creation. Nothing is lost except the disobedient soul: it shakes off its intelligence and continue to exist as dust.

It was a great ozone layer, humans wrecked it.

Ozone, like many other resources, was screwed up by short-sighted humans.

God does not make mistakes and that is what you are not seeing. We have free will. We are the selfish, energy hungry, fossil fuel consumers who screwed it all up. And, it is up to us to do something about it, stop it before it gets worse! It is humans not God!
