The combination itself would not make you sick. If it really grossed you out, that's another story. And it might, because orange juice is acidic and would curdle the milk. (Not harmful, since this is what cottage cheese is made of, but... well, think about what cottage cheese looks like. Uh huh.) Your best option, if you are determined to try it, is to use a blender, since it's less likely to look unappetizing or have a nasty texture.

I made an orange julius with orange juice and milk, and I didn't get sick.

Only if you are allergic to OJ and dairy. When mixing, add the OJ to milk while mixing. If you do the reverse, the milk may coagulate.

the acidity in the juice would curdle the milk, you might not get sick but it would be gross... lumpy. your body might just reject it.
