Don't go on crash diets, and keep eating healthy foods as low nutritianal levels can stunt your growth. Apart from that theres nothing much you can do. As long as you exercise okay and listen to your body when you feel like munching a little more than usual (could be a growth spurt) then the rest is up to your genes.

Avoid illegal drugs, don't smoke, don't drink alcohol, avoid fats, excess sugar, in your diet. Do stretches, chin ups and keep active. If your not eating proper meals, then vitamin supplements like one-a-day will be OK.

Height is decided by genetic code. Exercise should be moderate. Strong muscles is one of the factors in making of a good personality ... others are gait,poise,speech,human values,kindness,healthy human relationship etc etc think of that too.

sleep, don't suck weight for sports, don't put any crap into your body like nocotine, pot etc and sleep some more. good luck!
