High on my list: in Washington, DC, the Capitol, the White House, and the Smithsonian; for history, colonial Williamsburg (Virginia), the USS Constitution at Charlestown, Massachusetts; natural features, the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Yellowstone National Park, Yosemite National Park.
