2 Garbage Bags on MY lawn from neighbor...?

Question

Last night, not only did my annoying neighbors blast their radio all night and make tons of noise. I woke up to 2 large black garbage bags on MY lawn. I left early and returned just now and they are STILL there.

If you look on their lawn it is clearly from them (they have huge mess of garbage).

Should I confront them? Throw the damn trash all over their cars? Or just wait and see if it goes away by Monday (when Building Manager comes in). Should I take pictures and complain?

Definitely take some photos of the mess, and just discard the trash yourself. Don't make a mountain out of a mole hill. They were total "s---heads" for dumping it on you, but be the "bigger" more "mature" neighbor, and just let it go-THIS TIME!!! IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN???? RAISE ALL HELL, AND COMPLAIN LIKE A MOTHER!!! You will have EVERY RIGHT to then, and "photo evidence" that it was a "repeat offense!" Good luck.=)

Hum...sounds like your neighbors probably wouldn't care if you said something or not, they seem nervy! I have to wonder why you would just leave them there in the first place? I would have taken them and placed them right back on their yard.....Id you know that is your neighbors crap I would maybe call the police on a non emergency line and ask them what can be done....

or talk to them and the next time they blast their music call the cops to complain about that...I dont know if the cops can do anything about the garbage but late night noise is another matter they have to address..best of luck.

Have you tried asking them if it's their garbage? If they admit that it's theirs, you could just ask them to take it back, let them know you don't appreciate it, and hope it never happens again. If they don't confess, maybe you should give them the benefit of the doubt and deal with it as if it were your own. They won't appreciate it if you get angry, but if you let it go, they might do it again. Be firm, but there's no need to get too worked up over it. I mean, at least it is in bags. They could have left broken glass at the side of the road right in front of your house like my neighbors have.

Well it's in bags if U complain they'll deny it so just put the bags with yours on garbage day.That will save alot of grief with your neighbors grin & bear it I do with situations like this one.

i would take pictures and talk with the building manager.. find out from them what their rules are on loud noise and how they would like you to handle that.. if they don't have suggestions i would plan on calling the police the next time you have a sleepless night, no questions asked

Complaining to them will probably go in one ear and out the other, while they're raising their music.

girl, confront them...tell them it is ruining your lawn and it does not look good and you dont like it...Also, if they dont give a damn, place it in their trash cans or their lawn, if you are nice to them by placing the trash in the cans of ur neighbor, then they wont dare to do it again...trust me!
