hi
i lost 100 lbs please do not allow me to take the time to explain and not use this info listen very very close this will work for anybody excercise is part of the equation but its not everything
are you ready please for your healths sake use this advice i lost
100 lbs in 1 year this is how i did it first things first the eating and excersize patterns you have now have created the body type that
you have if thats not the body type that you want you will have to change the thought patterns that you have today does that make ssense? okay conventional wisdom would have you beleive that
if you eat less you will lose weight that is a lie.
dont lie to yourself this is the truth i dont know you but i can probably guess that you dont eat breakfast. first mistake
just try this for 1 month and see if you get the results that i did
i have had people more than 20 want to know how i lost 100 lbs
nobody will listen ptlease be that one person that listens.
you will eat 5 to7 meals per day starting with breakfast as soon as your feet hit the floor your eating now not a huge breakfast
oatmeal or eggs tomatos fruit try to eat half of what you are acustom to remember this is behavior modification 8 o clock
breakfast 10,oo eat again couple peices of fruit 12.00 regular
lunch 2.oo fruit 4.oo eat again half meals 6.oo eat again when it
gets dark stop eating do not eat b4 you go to bed repeat daily
the weight will fall of but it will create another problem lose skin thats where excercise comes in everyday after dark 20 mins walking bike riding swiming mix it up i was very impatient i wanted it now so i began a rigaress excercice program for the first month just do the 20 mins if you want it now go for it.
if the first month you dont lose twenty pounds doing this i will
personally train you for free.
simply put eat every 2 hrs increase cardiovascular activity
swiming biking walking ,treadmill excercise bike
you probably have a seditary life style what i have described to you is a very active lifestyle.
your job is to convert your beleifs you can do it beleive in yourself.
just remember this the same actions creates the same results
change your actions and the results will change
love jeff

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

The best way to lose weight is by eating nutritious foods, cut your calories, & doing exercises.
Start with walking. Increase your speed & the distance you walk.
Jogging is good, & like walking, it's free.
Do you have access to an exercise bike? If not, you can usually find used ones cheap. Start on the lowest tension, & increase it over time. Also start with 5 minutes per ride & work your way up.
Eat properly!
If you feel sore after exercise, don't be discouraged. Exercise again the next day. In a short time, the soreness goes away.
Good luck!!!

It depends on how much you need to lose. Cardio - running, treadmill, elliptical, etc. is best if you need to lose a lot of weight. If you just need to tone then light weights would be best. Pick up any diet and/or exercise magazine in the grocery store. They usually have great plans & detailed descriptions with pictures of exercises you can do at home. The best & easiest thing you can do to start is walking. Just walk 10 mins a day & work up to 30. Before long you'll feel like running. At least, that's what happened to me.

Any cardio burns fat and tones you - walking is a great way to start slow and not hurt yourself. Biking and swimming are also excellent. Running is good too, but most runners wind up hurting themselves so they have setbacks. Just be consistent and do at least 30 min of cardio exercise a day. More is better, but at least 30 min will help. You will start to see improvement pretty soon. You should also clean up your diet to make the loss faster and easier.

focus on your size... not weight. Exercise builds muscle, which weighs more... but, for an answer... get out and walk 30 minutes everyday. work up to a jog. try to sweat for a minimum of 30 minutes a day and you'll be amazed.

- walking, running or swimming
- yoga or pilates (stretching and meditating, Denise Austin has some great videos)
- aerobics or kickboxing (repeated movements to keep your heartrate up and your body burning fat, buy or rent a couple videos)
- lifting weights (adding light weights to an aerobic workout or a walk/jog can help you a lot as can plain old lifting)
