how long does it usually take a guy to ask you out once he starts liking you? for this particualr guy its been about a month now hes been flirting w/ me. is an asking out around the corner? (flirting includes always being around me, looking me in the eye and paying attention when i talk, making fun of me, etc.)

He may never ask. Guys, like myself, have an idea of who they want to date. If they want to honor a lady on a date, they are not into a date for what there body wants but are looking for a lifetime partner... So they have an idea of what they want.. Think of it with what you see... If you see a guy, do you not see them, first, from a distance? Then, if you approach them you may see more of their face. A man sees the same. A lady's shape, her curves, if showing them, and then the face. If a lady dresses to hide some of her shape, HE MUST SEE HER FACE AS MORE OF A REASON TO DATE HER! With this guy you could be waiting until you are 50!! He knows how to flirt but has a problem taking it to the next level. You need to assure him you are interested and make that first big move.

It depends on the guy. He might just like flirting with you and never plans to ask you out or he might be working up the nerve. Everyone is different.

As long as it takes him to find the confidence and build up his courage. Why don't you Say to him in a sweet Manner some thing like: "Hey so are you going to ask me out or not?"....That might shake him a bit to get enough courage he needs to ask you out. Hey it is worth a try if you really want him to ask you.

hell it could take a Longggggggg time for some guys, other guys would have asked you out by now..Since he's not wanting to ask you out...what's the problem with you asking him out*
Maybe he hasnt asked you out cuz he's not sure if you like him or not...or perhaps he doesn't have any money to take you out anywhere (not sure of your ages)
Ask Him to a show...or skating....or to a club....(again depends on your ages) Dont be shy, the worst thing that could happen is he says NO* but what's the chances of that??? GOODLUCK*

It depends... some guys are shy and may not be able to work up the courage to ask you.... Be brave ask him out.... Or keep waiting

well he might ask you soon, he might be too shy, hard to tell, just wait it out and if he doesnt within the next couple weeks, then go up to him and ask him out.

duh, its the era where girls can ask guys out! it is not the middle ages. ask your friend to a dance you have coming up. or maybe you could meet in the library and do homework.
sometimes guys are afraid to getting rejected...remember a guy chases a girl until she catches him...go for it!
