yes. The next time you catch him staring at you. Smile embarrassed (like he caught you looking at him) then look down all innocent like then wait a couple of minutes and let him catch him seeing you look at him again. then he will know you like him too and ask you out soon after that.

Well there is something there. Starring at you is a good sign talking to you is an even better sign, trying to make you laugh unless he is the class clown is a really good sign. He is so into you.

If he takes the initiative to Make You Laugh... he is trying hard to get your attention. If he stares at you, he finds you good-looking. I think it pretty much reads itself.

if he didnt hang up and he likes making you laugh, i say yes he likes you. guys are funny creatures. if he just looked at you but didnt talk, then that might mean he was shy and liked you, but your forwardness might freak him out. just keep going like you are, dont call him too much ... let him come after you alittle too :)
