I know exactly what you're going through. I suffer from eczema too. I just started taking hair skin and nail vitamins. I havn't taken them long enough to tell a difference but i'd give it a shot...can't hurt trying. Also if you don't do this already, aviod using scented laundry soap and dryer cleaners. There are kinds that don't use fragrance that won't irritate your skin. Switching from scented to non-scented improved my skin a ton! Ps. the vitamins taste horrible so drink it with something flavored!

I haven't had experience with the Origin brand but I have used hair, skin and nail vitamins before and they definitely work. Give it a good two months when it comes to your hair but your nails should start seeing results within a couple weeks. I highly recommend using the vitamins consistently and for at least 6 months if not more. I've used them for about a year now and my hair is growing like crazy. Also, if your not seeing the best results using the hair, skin and nails vitamin, use prenatal vitamins, those give you double the amount of percentage needed daily, and work way faster! Either way, you should definitely see results, just give it time!

go to gnc get biotin it has the most in it and works the best it's about 23 dollars but last a while and it's worth it.about the eczema not sure it will help that.....my 3yr old son has that and the best thing i've found works for him is a baby was you can find at walmart in the baby stuff it's called Gentle Naturals eczema baby wash, it has helped him better than any thing I've tried, also if you use any fragrant lotions that may irritate your condtion and make it worse find a good moisturizer like vasaline intensive care for dry skin and that may also help hope this helped some

Drink apple cider vinegar in water. Just 2 tbls. is all you need. Look it up on the websites for more info. My hair and nails are growing very rapidly. Never had hard nails before.
Threw away all my so called brand name vitamins. Its is very cheap, but the taste leaves alot to be desired. But it works.

Best to go to a skin specialist. A dermatologist with all this.
Vit E is good for skin. But it depends on age and other factors how much you should take.
All Vitamins are good in general.
Fish as a food helps.
Proteins are good for hair.

I had excema FOR YEARS and none of the Dr.'s prescriptions worked. I had it on my fingers and it made my hands look puffy and ugly. I started taking OmegaGuard and using Shaklee's Multi-purpose Cream, topped with ENfuselle's Hand and Body Lotion, twice a day; and now my hands look normal. Check out
shaklee.net/HealthyBeginnings for all this stuff.

Biotin works wonders. Results take a couple months though. Take 4000 miligrams daily.
