But she doesn't even know how to key a freakin key card. Then she asks, why isn't everything on word. Who runs there business on word only. The only thing she do right is answers the phone. But the worst thing of all, the crazy broad, lcks her freankin fingers and touches everything. gross..........And know me and another employee is now sick. Should I Quit?

I have spoken to the general manager, she thinks that we should keep her to run errands, and answer the phone. My whole thing is she is not helping us she is holding us back. And that licking thing is sick. So once again what should I do?

Who hired that crazy woman? I hear she also doesn't realize that she speaks Spanish. Not only should you quit, but I think you should walk off the job! Even I can use Microsoft word, it's a fricken blank piece of paper for gosh darn sakes. Now what's all the finger licking about? I hope you have some Clorox wipes. Nick name her KFC since she keeps licking her fingers.

Hang in there hon, it sounds like you should have a discussion with the front desk manager, or the hotel's general manager. Explain the situation and ask them to have a discussion with her about spreading germs. She may have worked at a hotel before but it may have been a long time ago, or at a hotel that is not up to par with the technology. If you still want to quit make sure you have another job in the wings first.

Have you and your co-worker spoken to her about her agressive, agravating habits? Have you spoken to your manager? It would seem to me that handling those two approaches first would help alleviate much of the problem. If not, then consider other options. Check your interior mirror and decide if she is getting more attention than you and your co-worker. Sometimes, a little primadonna gets behind our egos and pushes us into the wrong lane of thought. Good luck!

That's a tough one, sweetie. Don't quit your job because that'll just mean that skanky, dirty old bi-ch "won!" Go to her boss and complain that she's NASTY!!! If they need evidence-HOTELS HAVE SURVEILLANCE TAPES! They can check out her nasty-a** for themselves! Don't let HER push you put of your good job, baby...=)

If you like your job, I'd talk to your boss. However, if you don't, quit, but make sure you have something lined up before you do.
