Right this moment I have three, Old-Fashioned Quaker Oats, General Mills Cheerios and General Mills Wheat Chex. Oatmeal for cold mornings, Cheerios with milk for a quick breakfast and Wheat Chex for snacking.

I also mix 1-1/2 cups Cheerios, 1 cup Wheat Chex, 2 ounces dry-roasted peanuts and 1 ounce raw almonds for a snack. I have a bowl of it here by the computer right now.

I love all cereal, I kid you not. Lucky Charms, Frosted Rice Krispies, Fruity and Cocoa Pepples, Cap'n Crunch...however I can't eat those anymore.

I am now in love with a new cereal that I recommend...Special K Chocolately Delight (great name) Its Wheat Flakes with big pieces of Chocolate...who wouldn't love that?!? And it is only 160 calories with milk. It a cereal that allows me to be a kid while eating an adult-like cereal.

Hot Cream of Wheat made with milk--always has been my favorite and continues to be my favorite. As for snacking right out of the box---anything like Sugar Pops or Trix or Cherrios, Kix.
