Every Fish Oil tablet I see is massive...like swallowing a watermelon. Most bottles are non-see-through, so I just can't tell.

I use Fisol. I get it at Vitamin Shoppe. It comes in those little gel-caps and is enteric coated so that you never burp fish.

Yes, at Pet stores I've seen FISH OIL spray to put on your food. I was told it was not just for pets, but people too. Also, you could cut the capsules and take just enough of it that you want. They carry smaller size fish oil softcapsules at the Supplement Store. They also carry liquid fish oil and there's even a chart as to how much you should take.

Great question!..I'm glad you asked, cause I was like you. Scared I'd choke on those monster pills, or have a heart attack trying!

Yes. They are called Efalex and they are tiny. They also contain thyme oil which is great for brain function. You can get them at chemists and health food shops.
