3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

Codeine is a depressant. It will NOT give you energy. It actually puts most people to sleep. It also may be the source of your low blood pressure. Stop fooling around with other people's medication. Codeine is a highly addictive drug, not candy.

It's never good to take any prescription medication that was not prescribed for you. Not being a doctor or even playing one on TV gives me no direct knowledge on the affects of codeine but my guess is that its not good for your low blood pressure.

The dirty home IS NOT important. Codeine IS NOT important.
There is no easily available drug that will help you clean your house.
There ARE experienced, capable people, all medical doctors, who know what bi-polar disorder is about. Finding one of these people IS IMPORTANT.

You'll be relieved, satisfied, and cleaning the house will no longer be a problem. Focus on someone specialized in helping people with bi-polar disorder, and help them help you to become who you really are.

Best wishes.

Codeine is not the answer. Find another doctor who will truly help you instead of blowing you off!!

It is serious habit forming drug , which can cause your bipolar to hit rock bottom, right now you are looking at a drug addiction , so be prepared ..Plus codeine is a suppressant and is a terrible drug.
