The best way is diet and exercise. Otherwise with pills you just put the weight right back on when you stop taking them

You would be surprised how your body will respond to moderate changes. Walk 10 minutes a day. Everybody can do that! Skip the chips, cookies & sweets & grab a handful of grapes or baby carrots instead. It will take some getting used to but most of our food addictions are just habits anyway. Replace them with healthier choices & those will become the new habit. Once you start seeing results from the small changes you will start thinking, "hey, I wonder what would happen if I start running" or "what if I eat baked instead of fried?" At least, that's what worked for me. Little lifestyle changes that you make your new habits. That's the best way. No drugs needed. Just a change of mind & an "I can do it" attitude.

The best ways are:
- Don't eat after 6 pm
- Drink no soda or diet soda (try tea)
- No fast food
- Don't buy sweets and chip foods for your house either
- Eat breakfast
- Cut way back on butter and only use olive oil for cooking.
- Park further away
- Start a simple ten reps of sit ups jumping jacks ect. Move up to more if you feel the need for more of a challenge.
This is a way liveable way to lose weight. It won't melt 30 pounds in a month or anything but I lost over 40 in a year.

The best ways to lose weight do not involve taking any drugs (legal or illegal ones). You must eat 4-5 times a day (meals + snacks), drink plenty of water, sleep well and exercise. That is the only sure way to lose weight and keep it off. Losing weight is a matter of changing your habits not taking drugs.

1. exercise INTENSELY
2. eat better... and drink nothing but water.
If you must.
Xenical: it's a prescription drug that you take with high fat meals and it does not allow your body to absorb fat. Yes it really works (its a drug, not a supplement). FYI: Your bowel movements after a pizza will look like the sink does when you let a greasy pan soak in water over night...

Exercise (jog, walk, join your local gym, etc), eat healthier, take vitamins, and get good amounts of sleep. I believe this should work.
You are allowed to splurge (meaning that you are allowed to eat a pizza) every, oh say, two weeks or so. Maybe every month. That way, you can treat yourself to something nice without overdoing it.

if your appetite is what is in the way use green tea supplements they suppress your appetite. If you think your hungry wait 5-10 mins. if your still hungry after doing something else then eat. and invest in a banana scent it has been proven to make you think your full, just the scent no eating, not that you shouldn't eat bananas... you know what i mean....
