Is it possible to pass a 1mm stone without feeling pain or seeing the stone itself? My doctor told me that the stone is almost in the bladder and is ready to pass within 24-48 hours. This was now 3 days ago and still nothing, and I feel like i'm floating on water by drinking so much. I wonder if it broke up or something. who can help a brother out?

Could have lucked out and passed or it could very well still be floating around blissfully in your bladder. The bladder is never completely empty. If it starts to move out, I think you'll notice.

You do not talk about pain? Are you in pain? The above answers seem very accurate or you have passed it already or it will still come Here are some other remedies... Beer, and water helps to eliminate stones, avoiding caffeine and soda’s is very recommendable. Next is ..walking, when you walk when you feel the pain it stimulate the urethra’s muscles and helps the stones to pass…it is a hard one to do. One woman walked for an 8 hours on and of to releases the stones…a way to go if you have no insurance. Save the stone and get it them analyzed as to see which foods you can avoid. Vitamin C 2000 mg every hour for 4 hours in a row until or when your bowel tolerates the amount. Another remedy is to make a tea from corn silk, horse tail, gravel root, juniper berries and pipissewa also called Prince’ Pine. Another reedy is to use lobelia tincture (3-4 drops) and Mexican wild yam tincture (15 drops) in hot water to relax the urethra's, relieve pain and hasten the passing of the stones.
In the mean time if you have no pain, enjoy your life ,avoid stress, do something you enjoy and forget your worries.

1 mm is pretty small. About the thickness of your thumbnail. It's entirely possible that you never even felt it. Do you have a follow up scheduled with your doctor? He can probably tell you if it passed. It probably did. :)
