I use Dead Sea Salt along with Dead Sea body butter. Hands are feeling very good. You don't have to pay through the nose like I did for this stuff though. I think if you tried sea salt with an oil of some type - vegatable or olive oil you get the same effect. The course salt acts as an abrasive, removing the dead layer of skin. That way the moisturizer can penetrate directly into live cells rather than the dead layer. It does work. I've turned several friends on to this stuff and they rave out it.

If you want a good cleanser, toner & moisturiser look for items with natural products & like most things it's trial & error. It is not only skin type but age that can be a factor too . For years I've always exfoliated & moisturised my body & yet the skin started drying up & flaking off. I tried taking fish oil tabs, evening primrose tabs & cream, all the anti itch creams with moisturising benefits, products with vitamins etc. in them , sorbelene creams of well known brands & not so well known, expensive & inexpensive & finally the Johnsons sorbelene cream did the job. That search took me almost 2 years. For your face try Dr LeWinn's they also have a website www.drlewinns.com or try NutriMetics. You could go to your dept. stores but most of the girls will sell you the product they represent. For inexpensive brands try Nivea, Garnier, etc., but remember it is trial an error & what might suit some with the same skin type might not neccessarily suit you. Also remember drink plenty of fluid(water), sleep & diet can effect your skin as well as smoking.

I have dry skin all over my body and I know it's no fun. I have been using products by Khiel's for years and find them to be the best I have ever used. They have toners, soaps, shampoos, conditioners. It used to be very hard to find their products, as they were a family owned company, but about 2 years or so they were bought up by L'Oreal and they haven't changed the formula for their products, only added some better face creams. They have a website, so you can check them out. They are not cheap, but if you want great cream for your body, it's by far the best, and the toner has done wonders as it's one of the few without alchol and they make everything for special skin types. I think they also are opening stores in malls around the country. I live in NYC and know we have stores, but they also sell in big department stores.

What I use is KISS MY FACE by ObsessivelyNatural. Their website is www.kissmyface.com The soap has olive oil and aloe, its really good and it doesn't cost very much--I paid $2.99 for 3 bars of soap.
