How can i get shows from a dvr to a psp?

I have direct tv and a message says that the current feature is not supported. Is there an update or program that will allow me to transfer the shows?

For the most part you cannot without tv out to your PC. But you could try paying $120 for the Neuros recorder that puts the videos in the right format right onto your memory stick.
