take something fibrous, like oatmeal or cereal, or any fruit that you have at home. try an orange or apple. watermelon is also very good for cleansing. melon and honeydew are also good alternatives. avoid anything cold right after eating oily food, as it is said to harden the oil in your intestines and arteries. do NOT combine beer or anything alcoholic with oily food, as the alcohol helps to RETAIN the fat and oil in your liver.
when i feel unhealthy and want to cleanse my system, i take any cereal or fruit that i can get a hold of. i usually feel clean and healthy afterwards. specially after the fiber has done its work ;)
