Are my eyes bad or are they average -375 ?

i have the worst eyes in my family i was wondering if they were average or below average?

my prescription for my contacts and glasses are -375 ...

Its more important that your eyes can be corrected with glasses or contacts to 20/20.
I am not sure what average is-- but before I had LASIK, my prescription was -800.

You probably mean -3.75
and what you mean by bad?
They are not perfect, otherwise you wouldn't need contacts or eyeglasses.

Some people have better eyes than you and worse.
You can see better than me.
