she is up to date on her shots, but she is an outside dog that lives in a kennel, i don't think any of our neighbors would posion her.

parasites, cancer, organ failure, pretty much every disease. You need to bring her to a vet asap. She is falling down a lot, most likely, because she is in pain or is too weak to stand (and therefore you let whatever it is go on for a long time without notice).
Please do the humane thing and bring her to a vet.

My first guess would be worms.
What with the cold weather that the whole US has been experiencing I might even guess that she has gotten into some antifreeze.
Is it possible that a neighbor has poisoned the dog?
Has she been given Parvo shots?
There are so many things that could be possible that I think it wise to get her to the vet ASAP.
This business of not taking very much water concerns me that whatever she has wrong with her could be complicated with dehydration which happens FAST when an animal is already ill.

It's not the money you have spent on her that gives you the obligation to raise her, it's the fact that you rescued her and took responsibility for her. At one year of age, she is old enough to start doing some running beside a bicycle. That kind of exercise should calm her down and reduce her urge to destroy things and dig. A leash will stop the pool jumping and mud laying. Obedience training will not only make her a better member of your family, it will also give her an outlet for her brain to work. A mental challenge is almost as exhausting for a dog as a long walk.

get her to a vet asap if i hadnt seen the (falling down alot ) part of your question i'd say worms but theirs a very good chance that she's been poisoned whether by accident that you may not have seen or whether on purpose if you have neighbours that dont like her or she might have bitten off a leaf of some toxic houseplant i would not chance this situation by waiting on answers from yahoo if she's falling down get her to a vet asap if you wait too long before making the decision to take her to the vet you might loose your beloved dog hope this dog gets to feeling better soon keep us updated

Take her to the vet asap...sounds like she may have ingested a poisonous substance. Parasites would make her lose weight, but she would eat very hungrily. Could also be colitis (is she having diarrhea) or something more serious. How long has she been like this? If it's recent, I'd take her to the emergeny clinic.

My brother's cat (which was 28 lbs) lost so much weight he became 14 lbs. He was very tired, and thirsty. He wasn't interested in anything but sleeping.
They took him to the vet and he had diabetes. They now give him insilin twice a day, and he's like a younger, healthier, heavier version of himself.
Maybe that's what's wrong with your dog.
But I agree with the others. Take him to the vet as soon as you can.

That doesn't sound good, a dog her age shouldn't be falling. Get her to a vet ASAP, she needs to have a thorough workup to figure out what's causing this!
