Sometimes when I'm playing with my cat he will bite at the floor or arm of the couch..?

Is he getting mad, having fun or just getting excited?

He's just having fun...he is pretending that he is hunting and killing the couch or whatever he is biting. Keep his nails trimmed to make sure he doesn't destroy your furniture.

It happens all the time with my cat and I think it just wants to play it's not mad and theres not much you can do about it.
