Ive seen it five times and still bawl my eyes out histerically every single time. Is it true they are going out in real life?

Me!! I LOVE that movie. Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams were going out at one point but I don't believe they are anymore. But that's beside the point. I LOVE that movie. You should read the book, it's awesome!!
You also MUST see the movie "Message In A Bottle" if you loved "The Notebook", because "Message In A Bottle" is also a movie based on a book by the same author- Nicholas Sparks. Read the books and watch the movies, but I tell you, you MUST see "Message In A Bottle", if you ever see it click on my name and email me to tell me what you thought of it.
But yes, the notebook is such a good movie. The chemistry is there, all of the actors/actresses are wonderful and I think James Garner and Gena Rowlands were perfect to play the older Noah & older Allie. Loved it!

have you read the book? It's great. If you like The Notebook, you will like the Pride and Prejudice by keira knightly (the new one).
I've seen that movie million times so far.

I finally watched THE NOTEBOOK today, and it was alright.
Very predictable and a little too sappy for my taste.
I love Rachel McAdams, though.
