Well, I don't actually 'want' him, but I want him to notice me. I'm real crazy and outgoing at home, but at school I am REAL shy. If this will help, he is: tall, outgoing, flirts with girls 24/7, that kinda stuff. How do I get him to notice me?

If he is the type that flirts with a lot of girls, he is a player and will only want one thing from you. You shouldn't give in to the type of guys that are like this.
Girls that are more reserved and save themselves in the end (in University) attract a net of guys, because those are the types of girls that guys want.
If he flirts with a lot of girls, just give up on that type.
Believe me i know... I liked a guy for 10 years in My Old School, and he is working on the rigs... I am in University, and there are a lot of nice and cuter and more sincere guys here. You just got to look a little harder.

Oh girl, I've been there...I'm the same way. But the trick I've found is being creative. For starters just start talking to him and be yourself. Find common ground and try to strike up conversations with him. Introduce yourself and atleast let him know you exsist. Guys are more observant then we like to give them credit for.
I have a guy friend who I have a major crush on and matches to a T of a guy you just described. Me, I'm not like other girls. I use that to my advantage and I try to find a balance between what I know guys like in a girl and mix that with who I am.
Guys that have a lot of chick friends are extremely observant cuz' it means they're people people. Perfect guys to have as your friends because you can learn a lot about yourself and figure out how to impress him with just getting to know him and being creative.
Mine has become my best friend, taught me tons of things about myself that I didn't even know, but are also tough to crack because they are so flirtacious. I took a type of hat the guy I liked wears and mixed it with a really cute outfit; when I showed up at school...it sure got his attenition. :) :) I got the biggest smile from him when he saw me.
See what I mean...it's all about creativity. Ask your chick friends for help too. Above all, be yourself, be confident, and have fun.

You know something if he doesn't notice you by now he isn't the guy for you ,you should never try to change for anyone be yourself get a man that's always looking at you and he is the one that will give you the most attention

Funny you say you don't actually want him but you want him to notice you. I think you do want him but slip him a little note that just says hi sexy. and walk away that will get his attention.

Easy be yourself like you are at home...act comfortable..confident...CONFIDENCE is KEY. Shyness can be overcome if its not how YOU are when you are comfortable....
