Yes, but only if he isn't currently in another relationship. And just make sure that's he's in a decent mood when you tell him, and it also helps if you have been previously taking with him for a long period of time, so that you are more comfortable. And if you DON'T tell him, well, you might regret it. So you mine as well go for it.

drop subtle hints... men love a mystery and men love to chase. don't make yourself too available and/or too easy. it might take a while, but there is a higher likelihood that the relationship might last longer. men are very visual, so primp yourself accordingly. good luck!
