Recently I have been getting large zits on my neck. They are under the skin and dont have whiteheads. I have been washing my pillow case and using preventative clearasil, but that hasnt been working. How do I prevent them, and should I pop them when they form?

They could be the beginning of boils, which can come from an infection anywhere in your body.
Get to the doctor and get them checked, but in the meantime, keep your pillow, skin, shirt collars etc, as clean as possible

Attempting to pop them will only make them worse, these kinds of pimples. Just keep the area as clean as possible during the day and night and hopefully they will stop.

Do not pop them!! Go to the Dr, I had something similar once on my chin and my dr gave me a topical non-greasy antibiotic to put on it, cleared it right up.
