my fourteen year old son plys with toys. is it bad or wierd? plze comment

Most people would probably think so. I don't though.You shouldn't worry about it because if he is still acting like a kid then he is less likely to do something stupid like drugs. You should applaude your son. Being a kid rocks.

Well, it depends on the toys. If they are appropriate for a 14 year old then great. I would rather my child play with toys then be out doing drugs. If you are really concerned, try to get him interested in sports. Good for the whole family to participate with him by supporting him at the games.

They actually say this sort of thing is helpful to your mental health. I remember seeing something on MetroSource (a web-based newswire we use at the station) about a study from England that measured brain function and memory in elderly people who played with various toys like you described and those who didn't. The ones who played definitely did better in the memory department.

No way its my fiance is 29 and still plays with all the kids toys before he lets them play. seriously though he is just maturing a little later than some no big deal at least he's home doing something safe and not out doing drugs or having unprotected sex etc.. etc...

Its okay. Have you ever see parents play toys with their children? I am 18 years old now and occasionally, i still play Barbie Doll with my younger sister. So what's the big deal?

No let him be a kid for as long as he can. He is at the age between teenager and child don't push him he will get there eventually.
