I live and work in Atlantic City as a dealer. The smoke on the floor is 900% worse than you can picture it, especially if you work there 40 hours a week. According to "inside" information the smoking ban on the casino floor is expected to got through. There is enough support by the Atlantic City council to have it go in effect by April of this year.

The casinos are expected to sue saying that the state has the authority to tell the casinos no smoking, not the city. But nevertheless it has extremeley strong support.

No, due to the amount of revenue the casinos bring in. There may start having non smoking areas or floors.
